After two decades practising the Silva Method and Silva UltraMind, focusing primarily on remote viewing, remote sensing and psychic healing, Catherine has deepened her connection with higher guidance through accessing the Akashic Records for herself and others, and facilitating sessions in Dolores Cannon's Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique.

She is also exploring the Russian New Knowledge (RNK) method of organ regeneration and healing on all levels, originated by Grigori Grabovoi and Arkady Petrov.

Catherine adds these disciplines to her foundational background as a practitioner, mentor and teacher of Reconnective Healing and The Reconnection. She co-sponsored the Reconnection seminars and events in Sydney in 2008 and in Sydney-Melbourne in 2009, and was part of the team that arranged and promoted Australia's first-ever Reconnection Practice Building Seminar & Events in 2010.

For several years until 2011, she was a teaching assistant, instructing and mentoring seminar attendees around the world, and a busy participant in The Reconnection's Teacher Development Program for instructor training.
